Temp-to-hire Staffing
When you want to find the right employee and don’t have the time to recruit or the desire to take on the employer responsibilities until you have tried out a candidate, the best option is a Temp-to-hire or Contract-to-hire placement.
TriStaff will set up interviews with several candidates who meet your qualifications. Then you can hire your top candidate on a temporary basis. Or, we’ll send you our most qualified candidate for you to use on a temporary basis without requiring an interview. As long as you are satisfied with his or her job performance, work ethic, personality, and fit with your company, you can hire that employee with no additional fee after a minimum number of hours are met. Or, you can convert an employee to a regular employee on a pro-rated fee basis.
This is a win-win situation for both the candidate and the company as you both get to try each other out without any risks. If either the company or the temporary employee is not satisfied, there’s no obligation to continue the assignment. For employers, we will replace that candidate at no additional charge so you don’t have to worry about recruiting, evaluating and hiring expenses. For the temporary employee, TriStaff will look for a new, more preferable position as long as the employee’s performance on the job was satisfactory.
