Kanani is a native San Diegan, and has been with the TriStaff Group since January 1999, after graduating from the University of Southern California, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing (Poetry). She is currently the Director of the Technology Division for growing companies in San Diego and across the US.

Focusing on recruiting for hands-on technical, sales & marketing, as well as executive level positions, Kanani works in a wide variety of fields. These include: enterprise software, real-time embedded systems, medical device, bioinformatics, wireless applications, telecommunications, graphics, database architecture and

administration, web development, financial services, and many others. Clients include both successful Fortune 500 corporations and growing startup companies.
