How We Work

When you register with TriStaff®, you enlist the help of a premier recruiting firm to assist you in your next career move. Whether you want an exciting technology project to build up your resume, a temporary job, or the next position in your career path, TriStaff® can help.

To get started, apply online, submit your resume or, call our office for an appointment.

To get started:

1. Talk with a TriStaff® representative to ensure that we offer positions in your area of expertise. Often we will ask you to submit your resume so we can review it prior to an in depth interview.

2. Next, schedule a telephone or in-person interview with the division that places candidates in your skill set. For some positions, you will take one or more proficiency tests to evaluate your skill level. You will also fill out skill classification forms and all the required client-company paperwork (I-9, W-4, etc). Some of these forms are available on line to speed your application process, which can take between 1-2 hours.

3. Your candidate profile that was created during the interview becomes part of the TriStaff® database. Every time a position opens up, we search our database so you are exposed to multiple positions every day. Whenever positions match your skills and experience, we’ll contact you to review the details. If you agree that the position could be the right opportunity for you, we’ll submit your resume.

Landing job opportunities

Once you have registered with TriStaff®, you will be contacted before your profile is submitted to any company. This insures that you are interested in and available for the position (s) we have open. Your recruiter will explain the position in detail plus provide interview tips and other assistance throughout the hiring process.

Has your schedule or preferences changed? When we call you, it is critical that TriStaff® knows of any changes in your preferences or availability. This open level of communication helps us best advise you on the current opportunity. And, it is our goal that you will call TriStaff® on every career move!


Timecards & Paychecks

Timecards are due in your TriStaff® office by Monday at 12:00 Noon. We recommend that you mail your timecard on Friday or drop it off at your TriStaff office before the deadline.

You are paid every week for the hours you worked in the previous week. Paychecks are available in your TriStaff® office on Fridays and direct deposit is available. If you do not pick up your check or, notify us that you want you paycheck held by 3:00 in the afternoon, your check will be mailed.

We recommend direct deposit to all our employees as it saves you time and money!


Remember:

12:00 Noon on Monday: Timecard Deadline

Payday is FRIDAY!
