TriStaff offers a variety of custom programs and extra services for our clients.  Below is a partial list of most commonly requested services:




Hiring Option:
When you have identified an employee you would like to have work at your company but you are not ready to add to your regular headcount, TriStaff can help.  Call us regarding our reduced rate for payroll employees and more detail about this seamless process that makes hiring easy and risk-free.  

Whey you use TriStaff, we are the employer of record and we cover all employer-related obligations.  You simply pay the hourly bill rate for the hours worked.

The following is included in the payroll rate:
 
  •  Payroll Taxes – FICA, SDI, State and Federal
  •  Employee Hourly Wage
  •  Workers’ Compensation
  •  Unemployment Taxes
  •  Administrative payroll costs of processing checks
  •  Liability Insurance & Bonding
  •  Errors and Omissions insurance coverage
  •  All administrative costs in maintaining status of employer
  •  All general communications to employees and client liaison costs with being a supply vendor
  •  Employment Eligibility Verification according to IRCA
  •  Maintenance of required employment records (payroll, personnel, etc.)
  •  Required Government Reporting
  •  Unemployment Claims and/or related and applicable claims against the Employer



Managed Services:
When you have diverse temporary staffing demands that require multiple vendors yet you don’t have the resources to manage the process, TriStaff can help.  Our Managed Services Program provides the following:

  • A neutral account manager/recruiter who works as part of client HR team & serves as a liaison between HR, work teams, contingent staff, A/P and vendors
  • Coordination w/ selected vendors & management of all contingent recruiting efforts, hiring, employee relations, labor management and retention
RESULTS:
  • Internal customer service provider handles contingent staffing
  • Streamlined process with cost controls & greater productivity
  • Better management of department budgets/headcount/retention
  • Time Saving as “One Call” gives you the support of multiple vendors


On Site Management:

For our clients who have high volume staffing demands, either on a seasonal or ongoing basis, on-site management may be the best way to mange employee relations, staffing and performance.  After carefully evaluating a company’s staffing demands, TriStaff will be able to recommend either part-time or full-time on-site management program.

This program offers a variety of options that may include:

Call Center Training:
Hiring experienced and dedicated customer service representatives is always a challenge.  That’s why TriStaff can offer an extra pre-employment live training and screening program that no one else does.  Insure the employees you hire from TriStaff know the basics of excellent customer service and how to provide that to your customers.
