Joseph started his recruiting career 20 years ago in New York City providing his clients a wealth of knowledge and experience in recruitment and client development. Prior to his relocating to San Diego three years ago he was deeply entrenched as a Corporate Recruiter and was the lead in filling various financial openings for the New York Stock Exchange. He has successfully sourced and placed candidates for such prestigious firms as JP Morgan Chase, Nielsen Media Research and Sempra Energy to name just a few.
His philosophy on Human Capital Management is focused on paying meticulous attention to detail in aligning the perfect fit for both candidate and client. One of his areas of expertise is coaching candidates through the multi-layered recruitment process. He routinely stays abreast of market conditions and relates his findings to client managers so they can place themselves in an attractive position to lure the best potential new hires.
Joseph has recruited and placed candidates in various disciplines including: Accounting, Finance, Banking, Healthcare, Information Technology and Logistics. For the past five years, he has focused most of his attention on the full gamut of Accounting and Finance professionals.
